Despite the title, let me say, I enjoyed this movie. I would go see it again. But it has some major flaws. It is extremely hard to follow. My boyfriend got up to go to the restroom at one key part. He came back and I explained what he missed. And he still didn't understand. He claimed the movie made absolutely no sense. He kept asking "but why would he do that?" And I kept trying to explain. It made sense to me, but if you have to so much as go pee during the three hour event, you may be a little lost.

Even I, who sat through the whole thing start to finish, had to question character's actions, motives, and simply go what the heck, every now and then. The movie just jumps around alot. It has like 3 or 4 storylines all going on at once. It keeps adding new twists and turns without ever really tieing up the old loose ends.

It moves so darn slow too. Seriously. There is a ton of pointless stuff that could have been cut. Even the action scenes are slow. The final fight is so drawn out, It was actually drawn out to the point that it was boring and not action packed anymore.

The twists and turns will surprise you. It definitely didn't have the end I thought it would have.

It had alot of humor, good old Jack Sparrow. But it seemed to be lacking on the action alot this time around. The character development... especially Calypso, raised more questions, or just seemed completely pointless than it seemed to be a proper ending to the film trilogy. I feel half the things between some of the characters could have been cut.

This is a 3 hour film that really only needed an hour and a half to tell the same story and make the same point.

Special effects were very well done. The cast was great. The music was great. My only complaint was the plot has more holes than swiss cheese and the pacing is almost torture.

Oh and be sure to stay til after the credits to see about another ten minutes of footage :)
