Do not expect much in the lines of customer service with this company. I placed an online order solely for the cost savings, but also because they noted that the items "were in stock". I called after a few days of waiting for my order to be processed and was told all was ok, my order would ship either Friday or Monday (the following week). I checked my order status on Monday (6/4/07) and it was still being processed (1 week after placing order). I called again and was told that they "are not in stock and they do not stock items". I asked why I was told it would ship when I previously called, the woman told me they were expecting a shipment to arrive. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "none were available". I then requested a voice mail number for a supervisor and left a message about the need for misleading information on their website of their site and customer service dept's lack of transferring calls to supervisors or management. This place seems vaguely reminiscent of a guy working out of his garage, while his girlfriend answers the phone.
