Pros: worth their weight in gold! Quality/reliability/cost make this the perfect sub!
Cons: People who wasted their money on crappy subs will be jealous heehehhe
The Bottom Line: If your serious about car audio you should consider JL Audio. These subs are up there with the best of them.

If your familiar with JL Audio products then you know why they are the leading manufacturer of high performance car audio. JL Audio has been rated #1 in product quality and reliability for the last 3 years straight!
If you are not familiar with JL Audio then you have been missing out!
The W0 series subs made by JL Audio are their *entry level* subs..or most ecomonical bang for your buck subwoofer. Very competitive in price at approx. $120 each, they are perfect for someone on a budget.
They only require a small amount of power ..about 125watts RMS, and are designed to work most efficiently in very small enclosures .. about a cubic foot. What this mean for you? Smaller and much more inexpensive amp, and a less costly and precious space hogging box! So not only will your alternator on your car thank you, but your wallet too.
Do not let the power handling on these subwoofers fool you! ..their class-leading excursion capability and power efficiency allows these subs to put some SERIOUS BOOM in you car!! With the ability to use different applications..ported, sealed or bandpass box, you can suit the bass to your taste. Also JL Audio offers a "Stealth Box" for these subs for select models of cars and trucks..these boxes are built to exact specifications for that sub and most of them are so well hidden..they look like they came stock from the factory.
Other subwoofers in this price range, do not compare in sound quality and reliability. Installed by an authorized JL Audio dealer, and backed with a warranty, you cannot go wrong. I strongly recommend checking out your nearest JL Audio authorized dealer ..and see for yourself!
