Price is great, but where is my chair?

Their website says, "Free Ground shipping! Ships within 24 hours from warehouses." I ordered a chair five days ago and it didn't ship until yesterday, and won't arrive for another three days. I called a couple of times and they told me they were waiting for the tracking number with no explanation for the delay. In my opinion, the information on the website is deceptive, and I would warn people not to expect to get their order on time from this company. I wish I could say something about the chair, but it is still somewhere on the road in California. I sold my old office chair already and all I have is lawn furniture until this thing arrives.
