Hi, I my order number is above and I do not usually complain.... but $270 later.... I received the wallpaper yesterday ( very fast =) ) and it was very dull and one rolls images was out of its lines in color... example a monkeys outline, but all of its color was moved to the right on the paper, so it makes the roll look blurry .... What can be done about this issue? and why are the colors so Bright on the website, but dull on the paper ??? This was my first time shopping with your company... and I still need blinds....We redo homes on the side... please contact me with an answer to my problem.

I really hope they respond... That was alot of money for me to spend on wall paper.... It should look beautiful.....It looks worse than what you would get at a rummage sale.... Dont shop their wall paper section !!! I dont know about the rest of their suppliers, but who ever they get their paper from, they should drop !!!!
Companies better pay attention if they want to stay in business.... some think, we are huge and untouchable.... Wrong.... look and think of some of the biggest company down falls... they usually stem from a small mistake that gets out of hand and over looked......... like a little piece of snow rolling down a hill... it gets bigger and bigger until its unstoppable and takes everything ( The company ) down with it.......... Thats why I live by the saying "What goes around, comes around " I've seen it happen over and over.... dont get even... "they" whoever.... always gets themselves.... then you dont have to feel guilty....I like that part =)
