First of all Customer service is a total joke. I was overcharged by over 100 dollars and they said they couldn't do anything about it. They said since it showed on my bill then I would have to pay it or my service would be terminated. They even had proof that there was no reason it should of been so high but again there was'nothing' they could do about it. Every time I asked to speak to someone of a higher position it was only one person above the previous. It finally ended up in some nasty words. The lady even called back and said she did not appreciate my tone of voice and I told her I did not appreciate the way she was talking down to me. Can you imagine her getting that worked up to call me back? She did not apologize in any way. I ended up paying the bill but I was not happy! I think Dish is the worst satellite system you can get!
