The original order took about 7 days to show up, which is significant considering we're in the same state. The product arrived and looked good, but failed to operate as designed, and shut itself off every few minutes. It took upwards of 20 minutes on hold to get through to someone to get an RMA number, at which point I was told I had to pay shipping on the return item. About 5 days after I returned the product I got an email stating that the item was now on back order, and I'd have to wait an unknown amount of time to get it. So here I am 3 weeks later, with out the product I purchased, and no indicator of when to expect a replacement. In the mean time a local store started selling a similar product for about the same price, but I can't go buy it there because my money is already tied up here. Overall: quite dissatisfied.
