We just recently got DSL. We have three computers which we wanted to add to the network. We had gotten a copy of Sygate from Linksys when we had bought another network card to use.

We got everything ready to go installed sygate, and it wouldn't recognize the DSL or the other computers on the network, though we could find each other via the Network Neighborhood.

Linksys told us to download the upgraded version from the Sybergen website, which then I would need to use Sygate's support instead of the Linksys. At this point, Sygate would not help claiming that we were still using a product purchased from another vendor even though I was using their product from their website.

I finally solved the problem by installing a different network card into the host computer and it all worked as planned.

I do like the easy of it when it finally worked for us. I finally solved the DSL problem by making sure the DSL started before Sygate and the new network card fixed the Missing network computers - I guess my older network card wasn't compatable with the software.
