I agree it's important to specify what problems you've had with the product, you may want to add in the details of what features you liked about it before you bought it, whether or not it lived up to those expectations, whether it was easy to install, and as much other information to help a potential customer decide whether of not to purchase.
Please let me know if you update. I'll be glad to re-read.
