I first learned about Crucial from the host on TechTv's "Screen Savers" program. I was looking for a 128MB SDRAM for my computer and found it very easily from the Crucial home page.
Website:
I simply selected the manufacturer from a pull down box then picked my system model from the next pull down box. Next, I selected the memory that I wanted and proceeded to the checkout. The whole process only took a few minutes because the site was very easy to navigate.
Price:
The price was outstanding; only $21 for 128MB RAM! They had a special on shipping (free UPS 2nd Day) when I ordered so there were no shipping charges!
Delivery:
Crucial sent me an order verification via e-mail which contained the UPS tracking number. As advertised, the package was delivered 2 days after I ordered it.
Product Packaging:
For the price, I was very impressed with the packaging. The UPS 2nd Day Air envelope contained the RAM which was packaged in an anti-static bag sandwiched between two foam pads inside a small box which was sealed with a personalized sticker. Also inside the box was an installation guide written in 8 different languages.
Product Performance:
I installed the RAM with no problems. The system detected the new memory and I have not experienced any problems with it.
Summary:
In short, great product, website, price and shipping!
