The Bottom Line ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What is your favorite body part? My eyes and legs.
What is your worst body part? I don't really dislike any particular body part, but if I had to choose, I'd say my hips are a little rounder than I like.
What would make you happier than you are right now?
My husband getting a part time job right now while he's going to school. More money.
What makes you sad? Ignorance.
How old was your mother when you were born? 17 when conceived, 18 when born.
How old was your father when you were born? 9 years older than my mother.
Did you know your grandparents? Not very well. My favorite person in the world was (is) my paternal grandmother, who unfortuantly, I was allowed to see only rarely. And she passed away when I was in the 5th grade. My mom's mom died when she was 11, and was adopted by her grandmother, therefor I knew my great-grandmother as my grandmother until she passed away.
Do you have any kids/grandkids? I don't, but my husband has an 8 year old...and I'm only 21!!!
What was your favorite subject in school? Government, English
What do you want to be when you grow up? Make a lot of money. LOL
Who was your favorite teacher and why? My favorite teacher was my 10th grade English teacher, whose name escapes me right now. She always assigned us the best books to read, and really taught me a lot.
What subject would you love to learn more about? French. I took that in high school, but never learned fluently. It's difficult because I have no one to converse with, but it's such a pretty language.
Co-worker you dislike and why? I used to work with this guy named John, who was just horribly unprofessional and completely annoying.
Do you prefer dogs, cats or ? and why? Well, I grew up terrified of dogs-when I was 3 one huge dog bit me on my eye because I was pulling it's tail while it was trying to sleep (Go figure). But my husband convinced me to get a Shih-Tzu, which I love! Now I'm in love with small dogs! (Still scared of the big, mean ones!)
Favorite season? Summer and fall...I love when the air gets crisp (just slightly) and the leaves turn colors.
Favorite flower? Calla lillies! They're so pretty!
Favorite sport to watch? Basketball
Favorite sport to play? Swimming...yes, it is a sport.
What is your favorite meal? Mmmm, spaghetti!
Favorite fragrance? Ohhh, I'm addicted to fragrances...especially Bath and Body Works shower gels...my favorite is their vanilla. I forget the exact name...it's spice vanilla or something like that. And my favorite perfume is G by Georgio Beverly Hills.
Who would you most want to take out to dinner and why? (real or fictional person) As mentioned above, I'd love to spend more time with my paternal grandmother.
Who would you most want to take out for a drink and why? (real or fictional person) Mmmm....Orlando Bloom...a drink or two and who know's what'll happen next. ;)
How many pairs of shoes do you have? Well, of course being a girl, we have lots of shoes. But I do have at least one favorite shoe for every occasion...going out, working out, just wearing jeans, my "take me now" shoes....the list goes on.
Where would you most want to live, either in or out of U.S. Somewhere warm where the people are friendly, and theres NOOOO traffic!
Do you live urban, suburban or country? Close to a major city, but not right in.
Do you ever want to get/be married and why?I am married.
Favorite bookSo many to choose! I'd have to say one I really enjoy a lot is Aerosmith's Autobiography "Walk This Way". There's a million others too though. My favorite author at the moment is James Patterson. I've been reading a lot of chick-lit lately too.
Favorite music album? Oh, man....again a horrible decision! Right off hand I'm gonna have to say Rocks by Aerosmith. Such a classic! But as with books, there are tons more that I love equally...I can't choose just one!
Favorite video game? I loooooove the SSX Tricky and SSX 3 games for PS2. I loooove the Sims. And for fighting games Tekken Tag was my all time favorite until a little game called Soul Calibur 2 came along....
What qualities do you look for in a mate/lover/spouse? Honesty, same sense of humor, taste in movies/music, reliable, always there for you when you need them.
My favorite/most memorable religious holiday memory.
Nothing, really. We go to my step-grandma's every Christmas (before I joined the Navy, that is), so every year is pretty much the same.
My favorite/most memorable non religious holiday memory. I always loved the 4th of July...my birthday is 2 days later, so my family always threw a barbeque to celebrate both.
What is your favorite activity on the computer other than Epinions? (making web pages, chat rooms, etc.) Oh, man what were you thinking asking that question??
Who is your favorite celebrity?Orlando Bloom :)
Have you ever seen them in person? Only in my dreams!
Do you have any posters hanging in your bedroom? My husband took one from the clinic he worked at before he left the Navy...It's an old WWII poster that has a picture of a Sailor and says "Navy....join now, while you still have a choice." Always thought that was kinda neat. Other than than, none in our bedroom.
How many working televisions in your house? 3 One in the bedroom, one in the living room, and a 13'' that we don't use, but still works!
Why do you participate in write offs? Who doesn't love talking about themselves? LOL Just kidding! I think they're really fun, and I love reading and getting to know you all!
Thanks so much to remnjava for hosting this write-off!
