eofficedirect.com is terrible. Received damaged merchandise twice on the same item. It is difficult to get them to answer the phone. When they do answer you are either cut-off or placed on hold for an endless period of time. The Director of Operations for eofficedirect.com needs to take a basic business course and a seminar on customer service. Their answer to customer service is; We are excellent just read the reviews on our website; but we can refund your money. Give me a break. I wish there were lower ratings as eofficedirect.com should re-evaluate their business. Dont be fooled the reason eofficedirect.com can offer such low prices is that they sell damaged, blemished, or second-hand goods. First cabinet had the top drawer smashed in; second cabinet had a huge dent on the front left corner. Both cabinets appear to have been repacked as there was no damage on the outer packing. The claims made on the website of eofficedirect.com are not true. Buy your office items somewhere else besides eofficedirect.com, you will spend a few more dollars, but the service and product quality will meet your expectations. Again, give me a break.
