I have made two custom t-shirts with Cafepress.com and they turned out pretty much how I wanted them to for the most part. However after 1 wash and dry, the color faded immediately. I wasn't too happy about that after the first order so on the second order I tried a vinegar solution that I read can help lock in the color. I lined dryed it but the next day it was slightly wet. The shirt still looked brand new but after 5 minutes in the dryer the black already faded to a grey tint.I emailed Cafepress about it and within a day I got response apologizing and that they will be resending the last custom t-shirt I made free of charge and that they would have attempted to send the first one but I already deleted the images from the image basket so they will be refunding the cost of that shirt back to my credit card. I was blown away by the fast and unexpected length they went to address the issue. I haven't used all the other custom tshirt sites out there but Cafepress is priced slightly below the average when you include the shipping so they are a good value in my opinion. I don't have any experience with the other gift items they offer like mugs, mouse pads, and such. All I have to say is their customer service is top notch from my experience.
