Not a good start

Pros:Room was nice, Pretty good continental breakfast
Cons:Check in people
The Bottom Line: As long as the check in people get you the correct room the hotel is pretty nice.
Me and a friend of mine stayed at the Ramada Inn in Vallejo CA for a business trip for four nites. The company we went with had booked five rooms for ten people. We arove at about 11PM and go to check in. Everything goes well and we get our keys and head up to the room. We get there stick the key in the door open it up and scare the heck out of two people sleeping inside. We appolagize for the mix up head back to the lobby and tell them what happened. They appolagize and give us a different room. So we head up there and when we get there we notice the lights are on. this time we knocked first and as we are about to open the door some one opens it up and there was already two people in this room too. So now were gettin a little ticked off so we head back to the lobby. So they change rooms again and give us new keys. We head up to the next room to find the light on again so we knock a couple of times and proceed to open the door and we see one of the maintenance guys chillen on the bed watching tv and eating. He claimed that no one was supposed to be staying in this room and was very sorry. By this point me and my friend were very tired after the six hour flight and the hour and a half of messing around with the hotel so we just went to sleep. The rest of our stay was very nice. We didn't have any more problems and everyone else who worked there that we talked to seemed very nice and competent. Other than the problem checking in the room was very nice and clean. bathrooms were clean and they gave us free soap and shampoo, and a cofee maker. Also they had a nice pool and hot tub.
So if you stay here be careful when you go to get in your room. You might be =walking in on someone else.
