Ordered part 6G356 AC adapter from them on the June 18th after 3pm. So I was excepting them to ship the part the next day. Called them back on June 20th asking when it would arrive and was told they had no information on order and finally they found the info and it was never shipped yet. Asked when it might be shipped and they had no idea but would call with the info. Finally got an email but with no tracking info on it. Had to call them again and asked about part and they knew it was shipped today but that was all they knew. They would look for tracking number and call back. This will be the first and last time I order from them. Could have order part from else where and had it by now.
Below are the shipping requirements they have. Why even have online ordering if you have to call them to make sure they received it? I got three emails from them about billing but not thing about shipping. I guess they cant handle online ordering. But they know how to bill your credit card right away and not ship product.

(21JUNE07)As the fun continues with my 6G356 purchase. I made the mistake of ordering from these people don't you. I'm on my sixth phone call to them trying to get a tracking number to see if they have ever shipped the order. This is how their email tells you it was shipped Shippped Via Fed Ex Air Or UPS Ground they dont even know how they shipped the part. Note Shippped is how they spelled it not me. The emails are full of grammar errors. My 8 year old types a better letter then this Business. They promise to call you back with the info and never call back. The only time you get any thing from this company is when you are calling and complaining. Save yourself the heartache and order from some where else
