I had tried other Hoodia products with no success. I went ahead and ordered Natural Health because of the infomercial on TV. I liked that they had a medical doctor and the reporter from the BBC. I read about him on other websites but it looks like he only endorses this one. I didn't think I noticed anything until my husband pointed out that I didn't eat much at dinner one night. Then I started to notice that I just wasn't as hungry. I would still get hungry but when I'd eat, I'd feel full before I finished my whole meal.
Obviously I didn't return the product so I haven't had any problems with customer service. I did call to get another order for my daughter and thought the girl was really helpful. She even gave me a free sample of their Hoodia gum.
The gum is amazing! I tried chewing them at work. It was someone's birthday and I didn't even want a piece of the cake! I only had a sample of 15 pieces but am certainly going to order more.
