Terrible Customer Service..They Take Your Money and Leave You In The Dark

I'll never buy from Wolf camera again. In the beginning of May I spent just under $10,000 for a Canon Mark III camera and three lenses. The camera was not in stock but I was told it should be coming in soon. It is now the end of June and they still can't tell me when I am getting my camera. I called their headquarters in Maryland a couple times a week. They told me I was moving up on the list. I was #55 but moved down to #7. When I called about 2 weeks ago the rep laughed at me and asked where I heard about a list. He said they have no such thing and the cameras are just shipped to the stores when they come into the warehouse.
Yesterday when I called and gave the rep my order number he said "Oh it's you again. Then he connected me to his supervisor. He never called me back so I called him in the afternoon. Still no answer. He finally called me back and he was very short with me. He would not tell me anything. He just said read your email and it will tell you everything. I read my email and all it said was QUIT CALLING and if you don't like the service cancel the order. I have had experience getting refunds from Wolf...It took 5 weeks and several phone calls before I got it. I was told it was mailed on May fifth but when I got it it was postmarked May eleventh.
I am suffering from a brain tumor and all I wanted was to get the camera before I go into the hospital. But thanks to your friendly supervisor Steve Shapiro I don't know when I'll be getting it.
If anyone has anything on special order at Wolf/Ritz I would suggest cancel it and go somewhere else. The way they treat their customers I will never buy from them again.
