The Bottom Line: The BJC-S600 has a higher up front cost than most printers but wont put a hole in your wallet for ink.
The Canon S600 is a spectacular printer. There are many things that have made me truly a Canon fan. The S600 has separate ink tank that help reduce waste. With an ordinary ink tank , such as those used in HP and Lexmark you throw out the whole color cart after you run out of one color. With this printer you only dispose of the color you run out of. Each tank cost me about 11.99 each and 12.99 for the black. The paper feeds clean and steady with any paper. The output quality is crisp and most important accurate. Although The S600 may not be a business printer because it cannot be networked it is a great buy for an average home user.
