The Bottom Line Despite some major annoyances, I'll continue to shop here. The prices, selection and service keep me coming back.

This store has been around for a long time. It's always the place that I shop first: AccessMicro usually has close to the best price on memory, CPUs and other computer hardware.
The site navigation is an acquired taste. I've used it so much that I know how to get around the site and find that thing I'm looking for, but it's hard to find certain items if they don't hit a graphics page or are a common item buried in with hundreds of other items. Descriptions of items can be spotty, I use competitors like buy.com to get the real description, when it's not on AccessMicro's site.
And the shipping, the biggest annoyance...
If you buy the bargain 128 meg memory DIMM, they'll invariably charge you $9.95 to ship it, anywhere. Come on, charge me what it costs to ship it and charge me more for the DIMM, if anyone from Access Micro reads this.
Despite the bad site navigation and shipping costs, I buy often from Access. The have things in stock, they ship quickly (usually) and resolved the one problem shipment I had quickly.
