I bought a Fujitsu LifeBook T4220 from them a week ago. It was a big purchase for me - over $2,000. They answered all my technical questions, helped to choose the correct configuration, and kept me posted throughout the whole process (order confirmation, order status, tracking number, etc.) The computer arrived in two days, as promised. Brand new, factory sealed, no complaints at all. I am very pleased with this shopping experience and I highly recommend Laptop Authority to all fellow shoppers. Great job!
