horrible, frustrating, insulting and FINAL

I'm furious. I shopped at QVC because they supposedly had a "no hassles" return policy. HA!
I returned two items to them May 28th using the Canadian return label they issued with my order. Canada Post confirmed that the shipment had been received by them June 1st. A few weeks go by and no refund. I contact them and they say they haven't received the goods. I give them the name of the receiver, they don't care. Tell me repeatedly that they are in PA, NOT Canada.
I finally have to do a reverse address search for their preprinted label and find out it's a brokerage house NOT QVC, nice if they had said so. Notice how I have to do ALL the work to try and prove I sent the merchanise back and yet I let them debit my credit card without any proof at all that I would get the product.
Anyway. . . .talk to the very nice guy at the brokerage who confirms receiving my product, confirms he faxed the info to QVC on June 1st, sent it to PA on June 8th by UPS and had received confirmation from UPS that QVC received the product on June 14th (two weeks ago).
I e-mailed all of this to QVC including the UPS tracking no that gives all the details of the shipment including the person's name at QVC who received it back and . . . . .
nothing!!
No reply, no refund, no nothing. Despicable! I think there's a word for people who take your money and give you nothing (except grief)! I wouldn't buy a fire extinguisher from them if my head was on fire! You've been warned. . .
