The Poor Man's iPAQ

Pros: Very inexpensive 16MB machine with Pocket OS. Excellent integration with Microsoft Office. Multiple synchronization possible.
Cons: Monochrome screen, backlight, lack of printing options, lack of peripherals and accessories.

Think of it as a pre-cut piece of clear film with a sticky side (like tape). It is designed to cover and protect the screen area only. The composition is similar to that of the plastic material used to cover the displays of watches and cell phones when you purchase them, and peels off about as easily. The protective PDA/Pocket PC screen covers are sold at office supply stores and are around $15 to $20 for a package of 20.

I'm curious about what this is. Is it just a sticky clear piece of plastic? Or is it something that you put around the entire device?
