Lamps Plus has a lot of great modern lamps, which I happen to like. I ordered two modern lamps that came quite quickly. I only opened one and soon realized it was too big for the space I needed to place it. I called Lamps Plus to find the address I needed to return the lamps and a woman gave me an address, but said I would need a "return authorization" number to return them She said it would be e-mailed within 24-48 hrs. Well, three days later, no number. Called again, same story, and again no number. Called again and same story, but this time I said, "can you just give me the number and I will place it on the packages?" The woman did and my package was sent after a week of trying to get the darn number. Then, I called about a week after they received the package and they said they needed 3-4 weeks to process a return! Outrageous I said, let me speak to a manager. They said one would call me back, never did. Now, 30 days later I am still trying to get my refund! Do not use this company, they are poorly organized and have no customer service!
