I have had a terrible experience with digitalgiftstore.com.
In Jan 2007 I ordered a $17 clock which, with shipping, came to about $25. I did not like the clock when it arrived. It took a call to the manufacturer (Seth Thomas) to even track down how to reach digitalgiftstore. The manufacturer convinced them to let me return my totally unused clock (perfectly re-boxed by me). Digitalgiftstore said they would assess a 15% re-stocking fee (all for a 3 x3 x 3 clock). How much re-stocking can it involve? Anyway, to make a long story short, I returned the clock in early February 2007 (with my shipping costs of about $8) following all the instructions about Return Authorization number etc. I even have several emails saying they will credit my account. I have yet to see a credit. I am writing this at the end of June 2007, six months after the initial order. Buyer beware.
Note, my issue is with Digitalgiftstore, not with Seth Thomas the manufacturer of the clock. Seth Thomas was very responsive. The problem is that their distributer is not.
This site keeps asking me to fill out more words. But I have nothing more to say. So I am just typing this stuff to get to the 200 words. I think it is quite clear that my comments are about a company (digitalgiftstore.com) that is operating in a very disorganized and user-unfriendly way. They are quite a contrast to a company like Zappos that always does exactly what it says, on time, with timely emails and credits.
