Junk, Junk, Junk, Sears is garbage, Junk, Junk. I wish someone had of just stolen $1,000 because it would be over then, now I have to haul it away and pay to dispose of it. I have been a loyal Sears customer since I was in college ten years ago when I bought a laptop. Two furnished homes and $15,000 later I will never shop at Sears again. F51, service call, one week later tech shows up. A month goes by and......F51, lid locked, call Sears, tech shows up a week later, clothes rotting in locked washer. Another month goes by F51, lid locked, clothes still in washer and still waiting for the 2 week delay in service. I went to the store I bought it at, 100 miles away, and was told that they will replace it after FOUR service calls, BUTTTTTTTTT they will not give me my money back or give me in store credit against another washer. I am 30 years old and will not even so much as buy a toaster from Sears. Junk Junk Junk, give the money to charity, smoke it, buy beer, whatever, you will be happier. I would liken giving this to someone to giving them cancer.
