Don't even THINK about doing business with this company.
They are dishonest & not to be trusted.
Their hold time are long, their customer service is unresponsive & they abused me, as a customer.
The only positive thing I can say, is at least their shipping is fast.
I ordered two Samsung hard drives from Monarch a couple of years back.
They provided me with 1 good drive, and 1 bad drive.
After going through their exchange process 3 times over the course of about a month, they were unable to provide me with a good hard disk drive.
I demanded my money back, and contrary to their own policy, Monarch refused to refund my money, and got abusive when I told them that if they didn't refund my money, I would be forced to dispute the charge on my credit card. A quote from the service representative "If you want to play that game, get ready to play hardball. You'll lose."
I shipped their drives back to them, disputed it on my credit card & got my money back.
Since then, I've been harassed by multiple debt collectors who "bought" a non-existent debt which Monarch claims I owe, since I disputed the charge on my credit card.
