I don't know about everyone else, but I often don't have a hands free device and require the use of both my hands.
I had the phone for 1 day, and took it back to Verizon because this was such a big issue.
With a phone as thing as the Razr V3, you really can't hold on to it using your shoulder/ear. It just plain doesn't work!
As soon as I tried it, it fell straight to the ground.
Also, every time I dropped it, the back battery cover would fly off in a random direction! Pretty annoying, but at least the phone still worked.
The screen is nice & large, numbers are very visible and buttons have a nice tactile feel.
However, the screen was difficult to view in sunlight, just like pretty much every other color-screen phone out there today. Disappointing.
The Data/Charge connector is Mini-USB, so that makes it easy to charge - the charge port was nice & sturdy.
The hinge feels sturdy, and so does the rest of the phone.
Voice quality was good, as was speaker-phone operation.
Voice dialing was slightly better than my Motorola E815, and got even better with a few minutes of training.
User-interface was standard Verizon UI, but was snappy & responsive.
