You Get What You Pay For :-(

Pros:Competitive pricing
Cons:Extremely poor service in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Nassau
The Bottom Line: Would you pay for two paper cups connected with a waxed string?

Avoid VoiceStream like the plague. There are simply too may dead zones, dropped calls and busy signals. Service in downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan (in the vicinity of the courthouses) is extremely poor or non-existent, as is VoiceStream's cellular service along both the entire Penn Station and Flatbush Avenue Long Island Rail Road corridors all the way to Mineola. During the crucial rush hour periods, there is often no VoiceStream service at all. When calls go through, the signal strength and connection quality is often poor. VoiceStream's coverage map is not only deceptive, but downright fraudulent. The number of dead zones is astonishing, especially for a major metropolitan area.

Recommended: No

Amount Paid (US$): 19.99
