I bought the warranty on a used cell phone, just in case. Things went well for about four months. Then the phone started burning up batteries. One email explaining the problem to Square Trade and the phone was accepted for return. When they notified me of that they did a very thorough job of explaining what would happen next and the steps I would need to process the return. I did have to follow up on the UPS pre-paid label, but again one simple email explaining the problem and I was sent an email indicating exactly how I could go on-line and print the label myself and get the return moving along. The money for the phone was returned very quickly through Paypal and was in my account very quickly. I had paid through Paypal and it worked out very well. Overall, I would definitely buy the warranty again on any product that is eligible for the Square Trade Warranty. It was a very good deal and saved me from being out $75 as I would have been had I not spent the small fee to purchase the Square Trade Warranty. Thanks Square Trade, you certainly brought a smile to my face. I hope to deal with you again, soon.
