Springtime in Paris: A Newbie hosts a Write-Off

I'm getting the hang of this place, little by little. So I've decided to host a sweet little spring Write-off of my own, my dearies...
The Springtime in Paris Write Off!
Now listen carefully, sparky: the object of this write off has to do with Spring and Foreign Countries. (Yes, for those of you who already inhabit exotic, far-flung places, that can include the boring old U.S.)
For example, anything that reminds you of Spring (spring cleaning, spring break, spring flowers, or...whatever...) or of a Foreign country or language (Even if it's imaginary). Entries can be reviews of products or places having to do with this theme or can be poems, short stories, etc...whatever you like.
The only two things you need to do (once you've done the writing) is to:
a) include a link to this page in your review;
b) post a comment with the URL of your review here; I'll try to keep it updated.
(Oh, and it's always nice to have some sort of reference to the write-off in the review title, but, of course, clever titles sometimes won't have room...)
[It has been made clear to me that I've made a faux pas in hosting my first write off: I've failed to do my homework, follow correct protocol and especially to provide the first entry.
