Pros: screen resolution, dual mouse controls, can buy refurbished, works out of the box
Cons: limited video memory, poor sound, noisy, lack of upgradability, support wait times, support itself

Corey,
Actually, if you look just below the review you'll find some of these details listed in the template (price, processor type, etc.) As for the rest, why re-state the standard system parameters?They are found on www.dell.com where one eventually ends up if (s)he wants to buy the system. Instead, I wanted to concentrate on my personal experience and findings.
BTW, I will update the review as I have written it in one sitting and now realize that I have omitted some details, so you are welcome to come back in a few days.

I only rated Helpful because you forgot to include some critical details. Processor type, speed, size of hard disk, type of video card, size of screen, keyboard touch and feel, how noisy is the keyboard, was there a floppy disk drive, battery life!, weight, thickness, and so forth. Fix up the details and we've got a VH on our hands! Please email me if you decide to revise this review, so that I can return to re-rate it!!!
