I can't say enough good things about EZ Prints. They're fast, reliable, and, better yet, they offer fast international shipping! They even have a choice between glossy and matte paper, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else, except on one site, which must be a subsidiary of EZ Prints--the interface is identical. The selection of sizes and products is amazing; the customer service is stellar.
The one problem with EZ Prints is their international shipping rates--and it's a doozy. I use them to ship fine art prints worldwide, and I end up paying more for the shipping than for the prints themselves on international orders. This is a BIG problem, because I sell prints through various companies which only allow me to charge FLAT rates, and FLAT shipping rates. I can't possibly slap a $30 shipping charge on every order, including US orders, so my profit margins are really narrowed on non-American orders. On a recent Australian order, I made $35 on a $75 order. They don't seem to offer surface mail or any other cheap alternative, and even Canadian orders usually cost me $14 or $15, so it's not worth it to simply have my orders sent here and then forward them. If I could find another company that offers prints on matte paper, I would switch in a heartbeat, because of this small but all-important problem.
