Ever since I realized that I can rate a whole page of "express reviews" in the "just in" area with one "submit" I have started rating a lot more express reviews.
When I have more time I'll add some comments, but at least this gets the reviews rated.

I think it's awfully pushy of you to call them "commandments". How about "the eleven suggestions"? That said, i don't feel like disagreeing with any of them; taking breaks, in particular, is important. Besides, if i'm always days late in rating/commenting on everything, because of breaks, i catch people when they aren't O.D.'d on compliments already. (Or at least, that's a cute theory, huh?)
