Very slow delivery

They have a method by which they calculate what kind of delivery they call "standard" in each particular case. My first order with Bass Pro Online included a few very small and light items, and the delivery charge they applied could cover Priority Mail twice. Despite that they sent the item by snail mail. It's been 10 days already, but the package didn't arrive yet. In addition to that, their choice of a carrier, USPS, doesn't even allow to track packages: you have a tracking number, but zero info about whereabouts of the package.
"You have to wait longer"- was all two different customer service reps told me. Apparently, delivering packages state-to-state takes longer than shipping them to Australia.:(
When I tried to tell them that they should review the shipping policy since waiting for two weeks is unacceptable (leave alone their choice of the least reliable and uncontrollable carrier), they said they had nobody to convey this feedback to.
Naturally, this was my first and the last attempt to buy anything from Bass Pro Online. Cabela's may be just a little more expensive, but they are fast and responsive to the customers needs.
