I ordered a personalized embroidered throw. I needed it as a gift for an upcoming party. I was worried I would not receive the item in time, so although they could not promise me a date, they said they would keep me informed along the way. I received the throw a week sooner than expected, and it is beautiful. Customer service emailed me twice to keep me informed of the status of my order. How often does that happen?
I am very pleased and a little confused about the other negative comments.
Every aspect of my order was positive.
