Ordered a clock, it was too large for the space I had and had to return it. This required an RGA - which took a couple of days to get. After mailing the package I noticed it required another form for the order, which I did not have. However, I did enclose a copy of the invoice. This seemed to be too rigorous for a simple return. At Lands' End I just send it back with the return slip that is provided with the order - no questions asked. I also have to wait up to three billing periods for my credit - this is waaaayyyy tooo long!
