Top notch service!!! I would just say that next time I need warranty service - I would not hesitate at alll, Square Trade cannot be beat!!! Excellent customer service and affordable prices!!! Can't get any better than that!
I bought an LG chocolate off Ebay. I hesitated to purchase the Square Trade warranty since I thought I was buyng a brand new phone and it should have at least a year of manufacturer's warranty... I am glad I did purchase the warranty, because after 6 months the phone went dead and some unhelpful, attitude-full LG reps started telling me stories about the phone being made for the European market etc.etc. SO??? It is still an LG and a brand new one...I had paid almost $300 for it. I called Square Trade, anticipating that the same thing would happen...BUT NO! They went out of their way to help me, all the time being nice, positive and extremely helpful. I got it "SQUARED" within a week. Sent the phone to them , got it evaluated and I had my money in my Pay Pal account...All that for the modest amount which was three times cheaper and for three times longer coverage period than the LG service. Cannot find a better company for warranty with better service - they are simply the best!
