* Am I the only one who wonders what the hell Hoobastank is doing in the top 5 of the Billboard top 200 Albums Chart? The reason modern rock radio sucks so bad is because of bands like them (bad pun intended) * Hey Eminem, your neglected talent called...no no no, not 50 or D12, I mean your actual talent that you once possessed and have turned your back on * New Found Glory has a new single out...it sounds like all their past singles...but yet, they claim this new album of theirs is "different..." all together now folks: "uhhhhhhhhh huh, riiiiiiiiiiiight" * Well there's no doubt that Clay Aiken has hit the big time now...I mean, when you're headlining tour consists of a bunch of county fairs, how much bigger can you get? Clay is a fifth rate Barry Manilow, Kelly Clarkson is a tenth rate Paula Abdul (gee, wonder how she won then), and Ruben is a 21st rate Vandross...these people are American Idols? I guess there's no accounting for the 13 year olds of this country and their taste in music. * I heard Van Halen's And the Cradle Will Rock on the radio the other night...that song kicks some serious f*cking a*s...makes you wonder why radio stations play crap like Jump instead of quality old school VH * Blasting Abba on a warm spring day when the whole neighborhood has their windows open (thereby forcing us to shut them so as not to listen to f*cking Abba) should be a crime punishable by death. You wanna listen to that sh*t, fine, but don't force it on me when it's finally 70 degrees out here in Boston. * The Darkness' Black Shuck is the most fun song to drive a car on a highway to to come along in a long time * I've never been a big Marilyn Manson fan, but renting Celebrity Deathmatch for PS2 and killing the likes of Carrot Top and N'Sync with Manson is among the simplest pleasures of life. * Reason #4012 I love the Epinions Music Forum: there was some quality 3rd Bass discussion going on in there for a while * Note to Pink: leave rock operas to the likes of Pete Townsend. Cause I really f*cking hate her. * Word has it that the reason for Christina Aguilera cancelling her summer tour with that bastion of talent Chingy is not due to problems with her voice, but because most venues were about 40% sold at this point...
