Wink Flash Is Breaking the Law

I was a paid Gold Member of Club Photo.com in good standing. Club Photo.com went out of business. Wink Flash.com acquired the digital photos belonging to Club Photo.com members. Wink Flash.com has been unable to recover my digital photos, and their customer service personnel have been instructed to tell former Club Photo.com clients to seek a reversal of the charge made to their credit/debit card for the annual membership fee paid to Club Photo.com. Banks do not refund membership fees paid to a company that went out of business. I am, however, entitled to a complete and intact copy of my digital photos. I am not a Wink Flash.com member and they are not entitled to keep my property (i.e., the digital photos I paid to store on the Club Photo.com server) without my written consent. They are in violation of proprietary law. I want to initiate a class action suit against Wink Flash.com.
