Be real sure you want what you order before you order or you could lose money returning it.
I ordered an Outdoor Lafuma Recliner Chair on May 2, 2007 as a gift and received it on May 15. It was not what the person wanted so we never opened the package and I returned the chair on May 29th, having followed all required return authorization policy procedures. It is now July 10th and besides having to pay shipping both ways($80) I have called twice and still have not received my refund.
