Mark what you listed is about standard fare in the Paladares. Add seafood (sometimes langosta) for places on/near the coast. Hotel,resort, and other government run restaurants will also add the standard North American staples. Pizza and burgers are also staples at the Rapido fast food outlets.

James, you gotta tell me, how is the food in the smaller places? Moros y Cristianos? Patacones? Arroz con gandules? What are they feeding you down there other than Havana Club and Cohibas?
