Pros: Cheap price, you can upgrade your service easily
Cons: no phone support- heck, no support at all! terrible uploading
The Bottom Line: Terrible service, and nearly impossible to make changes.

Although the price is low, you can count on terrible service, and no means to talk to a live person. Even I know of several means to have live technical support via the web or a more thorough FAQ area.
It often took days to fix errors, that were often on their part, and the lack of response time effected my web site visitors repeatedly. I'd get emails from clients who would inform me my site was down...again!
Just to change my email address took months, and an email threatening to drop them. By the time they responded, I had already signed up with another host provider. Due to their error in updating my email, which I tried to do on several occasions, they disconnected my service!
All of a sudden, I had no web page up! Now that I've switched to www.globalhosting.com, I'm happy to say, they have several means to call them, fax them, and email them, with a very quick response time! They are always cordial and polite, and when I had them before as a reseller, they were very understanding when I had to cancel my account, and they welcomed me back.
I won't fall for the cheap prices again (although globalhosting is only a few dollars more!)
