I like RagingBull.com, but you need to understand how to use this site. There are different types of people posting on the site.

Most prevalent are the scammers and gossipers. They try to spread rumors and influence people to buy or sell a stock so they can make money. Most of these members have no history and have recently set up their accounts.....ask them to back up their claims.....none of them will have any solid info to back up their recommendations.

On the other hand you have some very intelligent investors. They will stick to a few stock boards and generally lead the conversations about the stocks. Anyone scamming on a board with a solid member will get blasted away and ignored by them. Again, be cautious with advise, I'd use these people as information validators, log on and ask if the news / rumor you have is true or not. They love to tout the information they have. Don't pay too much attention to the members power ratings. They can easily be achieved by posting fairly frequently, it has no regard to the quality of the member.

Most of the members are there for social reasons, they might be boored at work or looking for some stock chat. They usually flood the boards of the more volatile stocks that day, and can help you determine where the buying and selling is going on.

I'd avoid advice from RagingBull in general. Use it for fun and for validation. You can get delayed and real-time quotes reliably, and there are plenty of places to get news articles from. It is a fun site to visit, and you can probably make a few e-friends there, but be careful when playing with your $$$.
