Did I hear that right? Homosexuals Need to Take a Stand!

I do not like the way that some of the television channels in my area (Florida) handled the story about the abuse that has taken place on the Iraqi prisoners being abused by some of the American soldiers.
It was said on one television channel that in addition to the abuse American soldiers had committed, these American soldiers had also committed "homosexual" acts on these prisoners.
Now, I am not a homosexual, so I can not really speak for all homosexuals....but....the few that I do know would never act in this such manner. "Homosexuals," are not rapists, rapists are rapists, of any sexual preference. My friends who are homosexual wouldn't hurt a flea, and they act with kindness to all that they know.
I was outraged by the way the media portrayed the abuse of these prisoners. These channels need to retract their comments! A huge apology is in order.
Homosexual-(To my knowledge) means to be attracted to persons of the same sex.
Act-(To my knowledge) is something that people, or person do or cause to happen.
Now, these American soldiers did do some acting if what the news says is true. They acted like more like a rapist if you ask me.
Rapist-Person forcing someone to have sex Against their will. This would include any type of sex.
I am outraged at what has happened, and am also outraged by the way some of the media is handling this. This is not a homosexual act. It is an act of a bunch of immoral people, who are a disgrace to our nation. Am I the only one who feels this way?
