Just a tiny bit too capsule and short for me to give you a VH. Another line or two about each film and please include the release date of the film and mention the director if you do upgrade it.
Very good choices (except for Man on the Moon but you don't realize what a travesty that is i terms of portraying Andy--Jim C's performance was indeed excellent in many regards).
Let me know if you do more work on this one.

Chaplin is indeed excellent, but Downey's also terrific in The Singing Detective. I'd add Kurt Russell's performance of Elvis.
