Metroline has proven to be extremely reliable and easy to purchase from. And their repair service is fantastic. Repaired phones come back as trustworthy as if they were off-the-shelf, and the process behind it is quick and easy. The only thing that would improve their system is if you could track directly from their site, rather than wait for an email with a Fed Ex link. But this is minor, and after the many purchases I have made I have never had a problem getting my stuff on time, or tracking it when I need to.
