I've signed up for CrystalTech about six months ago now, and I absolutly love the service they provide. I needed a provider to host my site which is written almost completely in ASP, and after looking at about 7 of the highest rated NT hosts here on epinions, I decided to give CrystalTech a try.
I've purchased plan I, which for about $20 per month, I receive 250 MB of space, 6 GB Bandwidth, 250 POP3/IMAP Boxes, Unlimited FTP Accounts, plus many extras which are unheard of for this cheap of a price at other providers! They also provide the raw data logs for your site and also hooks your site up to an unbelievable stat server which gives me tons of info about the people who visit!
As for uptime, I haven't found one instant that my site isn't instantly available or not responsive. Even my pages which connect and update large databases are quick.
CrystalTech also gives access to a control panel which gives you one place to change options for your site, such as setting up NT usernames, FTP passwords, and DSN connections. Anything that is not here can probably be done by an engineer which can handle it by emailing them. Response time for contacting them is extremely quick and I have not waited more than 12 hours for a response.
I highly recommend CrystalTech to anyone looking for a new host and wants all the addition features that CrystalTech offers for an unbeatable price!
