Horrible customer service. Didn't answer calls or emails on time

I order a pair of glasses for my 4 years kid. Because instead of $200 they will cost $78 for his frame and lenses. But today is more than a month and I didn't receive anything. I'm still waiting. I called this morning and they supposed to be shipped. I didn't recommend for EXTRA-strength prescription. They didn't have the lenses that I need and if I didn't call or e-mail a lot of times today I'm supposed to be waiting without an excuse.
