Delivery speed was good, product is excellent. Problem I had was I accidentally marked 2 of the cooling components, when I meant to order 2 of one of the candy bars. I notified them by email, but never got a response and was charged for 2 of the hot ...

Emails go to spam folders very often. We did not received your email, but refunded your card for that $2.00 extra charge and notified you by email.
