Terrible customer service but good products

The best thing about Folica is that they have a wide variety of quality products. You can get an Italian hairdryer for half price, and it's the genuine thing. They also have a user review system where people can talk about what they liked or didn't like about a particular product. I definitely liked their free shipping policy (if you order over a certain amount, that is), and the shipping was fairly quick via UPS. My first order with them for a flat iron was very smooth. However, my second order (a Sedu hair dryer for $139) wasn't as good. The shipping speed was fine, but the box arrived all banged up. Secondly, I decided to return the dryer after about 2 weeks (it was just "OK" but I didn't feel that it was SUPER great, not for $139 anyway), so I packed it up and sent it back. It took them 4 WEEKS from the date they received it to issue me a refund, and that was after sending 2-3 emails to customer service. Their customer service and communication systems are really terrible. After they finally processed my return, they sent me a form via email, asking for a review of the dryer, but when I mentioned the slow returns process during the review, they had the nerve not to approve and post it!! I really don't know if I'd shop there again.
